Shipping Rates & Delivery Time

Delivery Areas

We currently ship to all major cities and towns across India. Our delivery partners include:

• Delhivery
• BlueDart
• DTDC
• India Post (for remote areas)

Order Processing

• Orders placed before 2 PM IST are processed the same day
• Orders placed after 2 PM are processed the next business day
• Orders are not processed on Sundays and public holidays
• You'll receive a tracking number via email/SMS once shipped

Track Your Order

Once your order is shipped, you can track it:

• Using the tracking link sent to your email
• On our Track Order page
• By logging into your account under "My Orders"

Delivery Attempts

• Our courier partners make up to 3 delivery attempts
• If delivery fails, the package will be held at the nearest hub
• Undelivered packages are returned after 7 days
• Please ensure someone is available to receive the package
